Also, eating clean is important, too.
But remember, leanness isn’t everything and sometimes when it gets hard to lose “those last ten pounds” when you’re at a healthy weight — maybe it’s because your body is trying to tell you that this is a good place to be. This opinion isn’t based in science, but rather personal experience. Take it or leave it :)
